ACP SHEETS

ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) Sheets are made from non-combustible polyethylene core that is further laminated and sandwiched between the two finest aluminium sheets. For complete corrosion resistance and weather protection, external surface of the aluminium is coated with PVDF resin. Besides this, the inside of the aluminium surface is also coated with polyester for a smooth surface. These aluminium composite panel sheets are widely used for designing false ceilings, advertisement boards and partitions.

STRUCTURAL GLAZING AND FALSE CEILING

Structural Glazing systems are a brilliant, cost effective solution for contemporary glass design. Structural Glazing systems consist of a fully or partially framed internal finish, with the glass structurally glazed/adhered to the outside face. All to produce a complete flush silicone jointed external finish. Whilst the framed internal appearance is more traditional, structural glazing provides a high flexibility in regards to the sections utilised and framework finish.

SILICON SEALANTS

They seal top structures to the substrate, and are particularly effective in waterproofing processes by keeping moisture out (or in) the components in which they are used. They can provide thermal and acoustical insulation, and may serve as fire barriers. They may have electrical properties, as well. Sealants can also be used for simple smoothing or filling. They are often called upon to perform several of these functions at once. A caulking sealant has three basic functions: It fills a gap between two or more substrates; it forms a barrier through the physical properties of the sealant itself and by adhesion to the substrate; and, it maintains sealing properties for the expected lifetime, service conditions, and environments. The sealant performs these functions by way of correct formulation to achieve specific application and performance properties.
